These terms describe use of the Rozay Beats website, catalog, and customer account. They do not replace the license document generated for a verified beat purchase.

Site use

The catalog is offered so artists can preview instrumentals and license files through the store. Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass checkout, or interfere with other customers’ accounts.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your signed-in account and for keeping sign-in details confidential. Profile information should be accurate enough to issue licenses and order records.

Checkout and digital products

Catalog prices are shown in USD. Paystack may charge an equivalent amount in another currency using the quote stored with that checkout. Payment is verified before an order is treated as paid. Licensed audio is a digital product delivered to the account after that verification.

Licenses

Beat usage is governed by the license type selected and the license document issued for that paid order. Website copy is an overview, not the transaction agreement.

Availability

Catalog listings, previews, and account tools may change as beats are updated, sold exclusive, or taken down. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

Prohibited conduct

Fraudulent checkout, unauthorized access, scraping private storage, or redistributing purchased files outside the license is not allowed.
