Privacy Policy

This notice describes the kinds of information Richmond S.K Penah, trading as Rozay Beats uses to run the Rozay Beats catalog, accounts, checkout, licenses, and support. It is not a certification of any privacy regulation.

Information collected

When you create an account we keep sign-in identifiers and the profile details you provide, such as display name, and optional country or phone. We store order references, catalog amounts, charged amounts when a conversion quote is recorded, license selections, fulfillment status, paid entitlements, license documents, favorites, and support messages. The site uses session cookies and similar technical data needed to keep you signed in, protect checkout, and operate the storefront. We do not operate a separate advertising pixel network on this site.

How it is used

That information is used to authenticate you, prepare and verify checkout, fulfill paid orders, issue license documents and download access, send transactional purchase receipts when email is configured, and respond to support, licensing, payment, refund, and privacy requests.

Payments

Card and Mobile Money payments are processed by Paystack. Rozay Beats does not store full card numbers. Catalog prices are recorded in USD. Where a Ghana cedi charge is required, a conversion quote may be stored with the checkout. Currency conversion may use third-party public exchange-rate services; the source recorded on that checkout is the quote used for that payment.

Processors and hosting

The storefront is hosted on Vercel. Infrastructure, authentication, and database services are provided through Supabase. Payments go through Paystack. Transactional email is sent through Resend when that service is configured. Those companies process data to provide their services.

International processing

Because hosting, database, payment, and email providers may be located outside Ghana, account and order information may be processed in other countries. This notice does not claim a specific transfer mechanism or adequacy decision.

Retention and security

Account, order, license, and support records are kept as long as needed to operate the store, honor paid entitlements, and meet legal or accounting needs. No specific retention period has been fixed in this version. Access to paid files uses short-lived signed links after ownership checks. No retention schedule in this notice should be read as a guarantee of any particular security standard.

Children

The store is intended for customers who can enter a contract for a digital license. It is not directed at children.
