Licensed instrumentals sold by Richmond S.K Penah, trading as Rozay Beats are digital products delivered after verified payment. Digital beat licenses and files are generally non-refundable once the licensed files have been delivered or accessed. A change of mind after receiving or accessing the digital product normally does not qualify for a refund.

Rozay Beats may investigate and provide an appropriate correction or refund for duplicate charges, successful payment where purchased files were not delivered, wrong files, wrong license, confirmed Rozay Beats technical or payment errors, or other situations Rozay Beats chooses to approve.

Nothing in this policy excludes a customer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
