Yes, within the license you buy. Stream, copy, and video limits are stated on that license and in the license PDF.

After an exclusive purchase is confirmed, new standard store licenses for that beat stop. Licenses already bought stay valid. Exclusive is a license to use the beat, not an automatic copyright assignment.
