How do I buy a beat?
- Preview the instrumental, choose a license, add it to your cart, and complete checkout while signed in. Files and license documents are issued only after payment is verified.
What payment methods are supported?
- Checkout uses Paystack. Available methods depend on Paystack for the charge currency. Card details are entered on Paystack, not stored by Rozay Beats.
Is checkout live for the public?
- The storefront currently runs Paystack in test mode while the catalog and launch setup are finished. Live customer charging is not enabled until that switch is made on purpose.
What currencies are displayed and charged?
- Catalog prices are shown in USD. For Ghana Paystack checkout, the verified system may charge the equivalent amount in GHS using the FX quote stored with that checkout. Those two amounts are recorded separately.
What happens after payment?
- Once Paystack payment is verified, the order is marked paid, purchase entitlements are created, and the account can download the licensed files. A license document is generated for that purchase.
Where do I download purchased files?
- Signed-in customers download from Account → Purchases / Downloads. Downloads use short-lived signed links after ownership is checked.
Do I receive a license document?
- Yes. A personalized license PDF is generated for a verified paid purchase and can be downloaded from the account purchases area.
Can I re-download purchases?
- Yes. Entitlements stay on the account so you can return and download again while the files remain available.
What happens when a beat is sold exclusive?
- After a verified Exclusive purchase, the listing is marked sold exclusive and is no longer offered for new licenses. Valid non-exclusive licenses already issued are not cancelled by that listing change.
Can I ask about a specific beat?
- Yes. Signed-in customers can send a beat inquiry or a general message from Account → Messages, or from the contact page.
How do I contact Rozay Beats?
- Use Messages in your account. That is the support inbox for beat questions, licensing, exclusive inquiries, and order help.
